PCR1995177RESOLUTION #P.C.177-95 CONSIDERED A WETLAND AREA LOCATED AT LOT 97, MEADOW GREEN WEST ADDN #2, SWZEDO PROPERTY APPROVAL OF CONSTRUCTION OF A HOME IN WHAT WAS FORMERLY (BRENNAN DRIVE) WHEREAS, A Final Plat was approved for Meadow Green West Addition #2 which illustrated a wetland area affecting a large portion of the subject property, and WHEREAS, It has since been determined independently and by property are no longer considered to be wetlands due to a change the Department of Natural Resources that portions of the subject in the hydrology of the soils of the parcel, and WHEREAS, The documents which will form the basis of this determination are the communications from Mum Environmental Inc. dated June 19, 1995 and Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources dated July 20, 1995. of construction of a home in what was formally considered a wetland area located at Lot 97, Meadow Green West Addn #2, Swzedo Property, Brennan Drive. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the petitioner shall cause an well as with the Final Plat for Meadow Green West Addition No.2 addendum to be filed with the deed for the subject property as which indicating the change in the wetland boundaries on this property and the Final Plat; said document shall be filed with the Register of Deed for Waukesha County. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That prior to the issuance of a building permit for subject property, copies of all documents filed with the Waukesha County Register of Deeds shall be provided to the City.
