CONSIDERED A WETLAND AREA LOCATED AT LOT 97,
MEADOW GREEN WEST ADDN #2, SWZEDO PROPERTY
APPROVAL OF CONSTRUCTION OF A HOME IN WHAT WAS FORMERLY
(BRENNAN DRIVE)
WHEREAS, A Final Plat was approved for Meadow Green West
Addition #2 which illustrated a wetland area affecting a large
portion of the subject property, and
WHEREAS, It has since been determined independently and by
property are no longer considered to be wetlands due to a change
the Department of Natural Resources that portions of the subject
in the hydrology of the soils of the parcel, and
WHEREAS, The documents which will form the basis of this
determination are the communications from Mum Environmental Inc.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
