LOT LAND DIVISION OF THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
APPROVAL OF A SKETCH CREATING A TWO (2)
SE 1/4 SECTION 23
(RYAN ROAD)
WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on October 18, 1995,
proposing a land division creating two (2) lots located in the
SE 1/4 of Section 23, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned R-2 and will be rezoned to
appears to meet the requirements of the RS-2 Zoning District,
RS-2 when the sewer project is completed and said proposal
and
WHEREAS, The proposed parcels are intended to be serviced by
municipal sewer.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
of a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a two (2) lot
land division of the property located in the SE 1/4 of Section
23.
