PCR1995175APPR :OVAL OF SIGNAGE FOR OLSON'S LAWN TRACTOR SERVICE LOCATED AT 574 W16810 JANESVILLE ROAD RESOLUTION #P.C. 175-95 signage plan for the property located at 574 W16810 Janesville Road, and WHEREAS, Olson Lawn Tractor Service is requesting approval of a WHEREAS, The property is zoned B-4/0PD, and square feet of wall signage and 38.4 square feet of ground signage WHEREAS, The proposed sign square footage will total of 16 with a landscaped base, and WHEREAS, The total usable wall area for signage equals 768 square feet, permitting a maximum wall sign size of 38.4 square feet, and WHEREAS, The total usable frontage for signage equals 145 feet, permitting a maximum ground or pole sign size of 39.5 square feet. WHEREAS, the owners of the subject property have agreed to the granting of a twenty (20) foot drainage easement to the City of Muskego, and WHEREAS, the location of the proposed sign shall not be within this easement. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the amended signage plan located at S74 W16810 Janesville Road. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a permit is required from the Building Inspection Department prior to the installation or construction of said signage.
