RECOMMENDATION TO PURSUIT THE REZONING OF THE PROPERTIES
IN THE NE, NW & SW 1/4 OF SECTION 13,
RESOLUTION #P.C. 170-95
LOCATED ON HOLZ DRIVE AND HIVIEW DRIVE LOCATED
WHEREAS, The City of Muskego is proposing a sewer project
for the area of properties located on Holz Drive and HiView
Drive in the NE, NW & SW 1/4 of Section 13, and in doing so the
said properties should be rezoned, and
forthcoming sewer project, and
WHEREAS, This rezoning will be done in concert with a
recommends that the City of Muskego proceed with the petition
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
to rezone said properties in keeping with the Comprehensive
Plan and to be done in concert with the forthcoming sewer
project .
