APPROVAL OF AMENDED SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR FUTURE PARKLAND
LANDFILL LOCATED AT W124 510391 124TH STREET

WHEREAS, An amended site and operation plan was submitted
on September 27, 1995 proposing the consolidation of cells in
Phases 1, 2 h 3 of the Future Parkland Land Fill located at
W124 510391 124th Street. and
WHEREAS, The subject property is zoned 1-2 General
Industrial with a conditional use, and
WHEREAS, The proposed consolidation would result in
total height of 824 feet or less, the elimination of the need
increased height of the fill by approximately 12' to 13' with
to open Phase 3, and no increase in the volume of landfill
material to be introduced to this facility, and
authorize a change in a conditional use without the need for a
public hearing if said change, in the opinion of the Plan
Commission, does not constitute a substantial alteration to the
original conditional use.
WHEREAS, Under Section 17:6.03(2)G. the Plan Commission can
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves
of the proposed consolidation of cells in Phases 1, 2 h 3 of the
Future Parkland Landfill that will result in increased height
of the fill by approximately 12' to 13' with total height of
and no increase in the volume of landfill material to be
824 feet or less, the elimination of the need to open Phase 3,
introduced to this facility located at W124 S10391 124th Street.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission finds this
change not to constitute a substantial alteration as it will
eliminated the need to open Phase 3 and there will be no
increase in the volume of landfill material.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to
DNR approval.
