46.19 ACRES FOR PROPOSED CITY PARKLAND IN THE
WHEREAS, The Park and Recreation Board has recommended that
the City purchase 46.19 acres (Parcels 2173.994 & 994) in the NE
1/4 of Section 4, located on College Avenue, and
