APPROVAL OF A SKETCH FOR CREATING A TWO (2)
LOT LAND DIVISION OF THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
NW 1/4 SECTION 8
(HILLENDALE DRIVE)
WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on September 22, 1995,
proposing a land division creating two (2) lots located in the
NW 1/4 of Section 8, and
requires a 110 feet minimum width and 20,000 square feet and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-2 and RS-2/L which
all the lots do appearto meet all of these restrictions, and
WHEREAS, The proposed parcels are intended to be serviced by
municipal sewer.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
of a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a two (2)
Section 8.
