PCR1995163APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP CREATING TWO RESOLUTION #P.C. 163-95 PARCELS OF THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 4 (ISLAND DRIVE) WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on September 22, 1995 seeking to create a two (2) lot land division located in the SW 1/4 of Section 4, and October 3, 1995, that substantially conforms to the sketch Certified Survey Map submitted on September 22, 1995, and WHEREAS, A sketch was approved by the Plan Commission on WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-3/0LS which requires a minimum lot size of 10,000 square feet and a minimum average width of 66.6 feet and the parcels do meet the lot size and width requirements of the district, and WHEREAS, The parcels are proposed to have access from Island Drive and are served by sanitary sewer on Island Drive. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends approval of the Certified Survey Map creating a two (2) lot land division of the property located in the SW 1/4 of discrepancies and conditions as identified by the City Engineer, Section 4 subject to the resolution of all technical City Staff and the Plan Commission.
