APPROVAL OF SKETCH CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP CREATING TWO
THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 4

PARCELS OF THE PROPERTY LOCATED.IN
WHEREAS, A sketch Certified Survey Map was submitted on
September 22, 1995 to create a two (2) lot land division located
in the SW 1/4 of Section 4, and
minimum lot size of 10,000 square feet and a minimum average WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-3/0LS which requires a
width of 66.6 feet and the parcels do meet the lot size and
width requirements of the district, and
Drive and be served by sewer in Island Drive.
WHEREAS, The parcels are proposed to have access from Island
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommends approval of the sketch Certified Survey Map creating
a two (2) lot land division of the property located in the SW
1/4 of Section 4 subject to the resolution of all technical
discrepancies and conditions as identified by the City Engineer,
City Staff and the Plan Commission.
