APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING SITE AND OPERATIONAL PLAN

plans and a revised landscaping plan for the proposed building
WHEREAS, Link Associates, Inc. has submitted elevation
addition located at W144 S6645 Tess Corners Drive, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission previously approved the
proposed addition on September 5, 1995, and
WHEREAS, Grading and drainage plans have been submitted for
review and approval by the Public Work Committee, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission hereby
approves the proposed building addition as presented in the
plans submitted and dated September 22, 1995, subject to
further review of the revised landscaped plan by staff and
submittal and approval by the Plan Commission of the exterior
color of the building and perpetual compliance to the same.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That in the event that occupancy is
requested prior to the installation and/or restoration of
twice the value of said landscaping shall be posted with the
landscaping, a bond, letter of credit or cashiers check equal to
Planning Department prior to said occupancy.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That all appropriate permits shall
be obtained from the building department prior to the
commencement of construction.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the
conditions of approval as cited within this resolution shall
result in fines of $100 per day per violation, the initiation of
legal action, or both.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the entire site including the
building and all landscaping is to be maintained in perpetuity.
