LOCATED ON JANESVILLE ROAD (CTH "Y"), SW 1/4 SECTION 2
WHEREAS, The conceptual site plan show a potential layout of
the buildings and the traffic pattern to access the site, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned RSA/OPD Attached Single
Family Residence/Planned Development, part of an OPD for Durham
Meadows PUD being limited to 18 living units, and
WHEREAS, The property has a past sketch approval which
allows for 7 duplex lots, and
family buildings) while allowing the existing duplex to remain,
and
WHEREAS, The proposal is to build 16 living units (2 eight
WHEREAS, To implement the proposal may require an amendment
to the OPD.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the conceptual Development Plan dated (received) September 22,
1995, and be kept on file in the Building Department recognizing
that to implement the proposal a public hearing for an amendment
to the OPD of Durham Meadows PUD and approval of the amendment
will be required.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That there is a total of 18 units
allowed on this site and approval of this concept is for 18
units.
