FOR TWO LOT FOR THE CITY OF MUSKEGO LOCATED
APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
IN THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 17
(SATURN DRIVE 6 ENTERPRISE DRIVE)
WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on September 8, 1995, for a
Land Division for one lot in the SE 1/4 of Section 17 by
Ruekert and Mielke, for the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, The land division proposes to create two lots of 1
acre in size each, and
lot appears to meet the requirements of district, and
WHEREAS, This land is zoned 1-1 Industrial Park and said
and from Enterprise Drive for Lot 2, and
WHEREAS, Access is available from Saturn Drive for Lot I
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will be
receptive to a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a
land division in the SE 1/4 of Section 17 for the City of
Muskego.
