APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING SITE AND OPERATIONAL PLAN
RESOLUTION #P.C. 153-95
FOR DURHAM HILL NURSERY LOCATED AT
S99 W12707 LOOMIS ROAD
WHEREAS, Durham Hill Nursery has submitted plans for an
additional three (3) green house structures (22' X 30') located
at S99 W12707 Loomis Road, and
WHEREAS, Proposed green house structures will match one
currently existing in both size and construction
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission hereby
approves the proposed building additions as presented in the
plans submitted and dated September 9, 1995, subject to
perpetual compliance to the same.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That in the event that occupancy is
requested prior to the installation and/or restoration of
twice the value of said landscaping shall be posted with the
landscaping, a bond, letter of credit or cashiers check equal to
Planning Department prior to said occupancy.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That all appropriate permits shall
be obtained from the building department prior to the
commencement of construction.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVEDl That failure to comply with the
conditions of approval as cited within this resolution shall
result in fines of $100 per day per violation, the initiation of
legal action, or both.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVEDl That the outside paging system not
be used.
