ALLOW A 10' X 10' SHED ON THE PROPERTY
LOCATED AT S83 W19407 APOLLO DRIVE
September 8, 1995, to allow a 10' x 10' shed located at S83
W19407 Apollo Drive, and
WHEREAS, A plans were submitted to the Plan Department on
WHEREAS, The purpose of this building is to store the
necessary items for the maintenance of the property, and
WHEREAS, The addition of this building to the Planned
Development District (OPD) in which this building is to be
located is not considered a substantial change to the OPD.
THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Planning
Commission approves the amended Building, Site and Operation
Plan to allow a 1O'x 10' shed located at S83 W19407 Apollo
Drive noting that the shed does not constitute a substantial
change to the OPD.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this storage shed be made of
natural building materials.
