OF THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
NW 1/4 SECTION 29

RESOLUTION #P.C.151-95
proposing a land division creating two (2) lots located in the
NW 1/4 of Section 29, and
WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on September 8, 1995,
and the proposed lots meet the requirements of the EA Zoning
District as it pertains to family members, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned EA which requires a 35 acres
WHEREAS, The proposed parcels are intended to be serviced
by mound system.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
of a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a two (2)
lot land division of the property located in the NW 1/4 of
Section 29.
