WHEREAS, Mr. Richard Qberman has requested permission to

WHEREAS, Drawings have been submitted showing the proposed
location and details of the shed to be moved, and
WHEREAS, Chapter 30, Section 30.07 - Regulations for Moving
Buildings states the requirements for moving a shed, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission is required to approve all
permits for moving buildings, and
WHEREAS, The Public Works Department has stated that a road
bond will not be required, and
WHEREAS, Proof of liability insurance covering injury to one
person in the sum of not less than $100,000, and for one
damage insurance in a sum not less than $50,000, or other
accident in a sum not less than $200,000, together with property
permit.
