APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP CREATING THREE PARCELS
OF THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN
THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 11
(WOODS ROAD & MYSTIC DRIVE)
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted to create a
three (3) lot land division located in the SW 1/4 of Section
11, and
August 1, 1995, that substantially conforms to the Certified
WHEREAS, A sketch was approved by the Plan Commission on
Survey Map submitted on August 30, 1995, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-2 which requires lots
totaling 20,000 sq.ft. and 110' average width and all lots
appear to meet these restrictions, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommends approval of the Certified Survey Map creating a
three (3) lot land division of the property located in the SW
1/4 of Section 11 subject to the resolution of all technical
discrepancies and conditions as identified by the City
Engineer, City Staff and the Plan Commission.
