LOCATED AT S84 W18759 ENTERPRISE DRIVE
RESOLUTION #P.C. 144-95
WHEREAS, The Enterprise ~ool is requesting approval of a
raised letter wall sign located at 584 W18759 Enterprise Drive, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned 1-1, and
WHEREAS, The proposed sign square footage will total of 26
square feet of wall signage, and
WHEREAS, The total usable wall area for signage equals 2,640
square feet, permitting a maximum wall sign size of 132 square
feet .
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
signage to be located at S84 S18759 Enterprise Drive not to exceed
26 square feet for a wall sign.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a permit is required from the
construction of said signage.
