WHEREAS, A petition has been filed to amend the Official
Zoning Map of the City of Muskego for properties described in
the attached Corrected Exhibit "A", and
WHEREAS, This rezoning request in concert with a forthcoming
sewer project, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommends that the zoning be changed for the proposed Parcels
to allow for greater degrees of conformity of existing lots and
that upon approval of the rezoning by the Common Council, the
Official Zoning Map be amended.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval constitutes an
