through Resolution #P.C. 226-92, and
WHEREAS, Approval was granted for two temporary signs
relation to Resolution #P.C. 226-92, and
WHEREAS, Permits have been issued for two temporary sign in
be permitted to be illuminated.
WHEREAS, It is requested by the petitioner that these signs
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves
of the illumination of these signs.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the lights of the sign must be
shut off at 1O:OO p.m.
