FOR THE TESS CORNERS WHEREAS, Link Associates, Inc. has submitted plans for a proposed building addition located at W144 56645 Tess Corners Drive, and WHEREAS, Said plans illustrate the addition of 10,560 square square foot fire station into areas for office, storage, feet for new garage area and the conversion of existing 4,620 kitchen, training, meeting and conference rooms, and review and approval by the Public Work Committee, and WHEREAS, Grading and drainage plans have been submitted for and smooth center score block to be painted a tadcream hue.
