RESOLUTION #P.C. 138-95
WHEREAS, This Certified Survey Map was originally approved
on November 26, 1991, for a land division in the SW 1/4 of
Section 4, and
be recorded expired December 26, 1995, thus necessitating the
resubmittal for approval of this CSM, and
WHEREAS, The time limit in which subject CSM is required to
WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-3/0LS which requires a
minimum lot size of 10,000 square feet and a minimum average
width of 66.6 feet and the parcels do meet the lot size and
width requirements of the district, and
WHEREAS, The parcels are proposed to have access from Island
Drive.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommends approval of the Certified Survey Map creating a two
Section 4 subject to the resolution of all technical
(2) lot land division of the property located in the SW 1/4 of
discrepancies and conditions as identified by the City Engineer,
City Staff and the Plan Commission.
