AMEND
APPROVAL OF CONCEPTUAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN BY DON KITTEN
RESOLUTION P.C. 137-95
LOCATED ON JANESVILLE ROAD (CTH "Y"), SW 1/4 SECTION 2
WHEREAS, The conceptual site plan shows the layout of the
building and the traffic pattern to access the site, and
Family Residence/Planned Development, part of an OPD for Durham WHEREAS, The property is zoned RSA/OPD Attached Single
Meadows PUD, and as such is limited to 14 living units, and
WHEREAS, The property has a past sketch approval which allow
for 7 duplex lots, and
WHEREAS, The proposal is to build 16 living units (2 eight
family buildings).
WHEREAS, To implement the proposal may require an amendment
to the OPD.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the conceptual Development Plan dated (received) August 25,
1995, and be kept on file in the Building Department
recognizing that to implement the proposal a public hearing for
an amendment to the OPD of Durham Meadows PUD and approval of
the amendment will be required.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That there is a total of 18 units
allowed on this site and approval of this concept is for 16
units.
