APPROVAL OF 16' x 20' SECOND GARAGE
FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED
AT W154 S7932 FOXBORO COURT
submitted on August 15, 1995, to construct a 16' X 20' second
WHEREAS, A site plan and construction information was
garage structure at the residence located at W154 S7932 Foxboro
Court, and
WHEREAS, The location of the second garage will meet the
setbacks of the RS-2 zoning district and the architectural
appearance would be compatible with the applicant's residence and
surrounding area, and
WHEREAS, The second garage is intended to be used for storage

WHEREAS, Materials submitted do not propose the use neither of

of the ground floor area of the home.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of
the second garage, not to exceed 320 square feet, for the
Scherer Property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That subject second garage shall
neither be used for the operation of a business nor the storage of
business related materials and equipment and a building permit is
required prior to construction of subject second garage.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a fire wall variance may be
