WHEREAS, Access to the property is from Racine Avenue (CTH "Y" ) and Woods Road, and WHEREAS, The property is served by sanitary sewer and municipal water, and THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the Conditional Use Grant and Building, Site, and Operation plan as proposed by Muskego Regency Communities and that the Building, Site and Operation Plan dated received August 7, 1995, be kept on file in the Building Department.
