APPROVAL OF CONCEPTUAL BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN
RESOLUTION P.C. 131-95
FOR JANESVILLE DISTRIBUTION CENTER
LOCATED ON THE CORNER OF
MERCURY, SATURN, AND ENTERPRISE DRIVES
shows the layout of the building and the traffic pattern to
access the site, and
WHEREAS, The site plan was submitted on August 8, 1995 that
WHEREAS, The City of Muskego requires that all developments
provide an adequately screened area for a dumpster and recycling
bin for each building and the proposed site plan does not
illustrate those those facilities, and
WHEREAS, Exterior lighting, landscaping, signage and
building color scheme have not been depicted on materials
submitted to date, and
be submitted for review and approval at time of application for
a building permit.
WHEREAS, A detailed grading and drainage plan is required to
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the conceptual Building, Site, and Operation plan dated
(received) August 4, 1995 subject to submittal of exterior
lighting, landscaping, signage, building color scheme and
grading and drainage plan.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the conceptual Building, Site
and Operation Plan dated received June 6, 1995, be kept on file
in the Building Department along with any subsequent changes to
the same.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, A landscape and paving pond in the
amount of twice the value of the landscaping and paving shall be
required if occupancy is requested prior to the landscaping and
paving being completed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That all aspects of this site
building and operation plan as they relate to the building,
parking and drive areas, landscaped areas and signage shall be
maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan
Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the
conditions of this approval shall result in the imposition of
action, or both.
