OF THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN
THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 17
(WOODS ROAD)
WHEREAS, This Certified Survey Map was originally approved
on June 17, 1994, for a land division in the SW 1/4 of Section
17, and
WHEREAS, The time limit in which subject CSM is required to
be recorded expired June 14, 1995 thus necessitating the
resubmittal for approval of this CSM, and
lot size of 20,000 square feet and a minimum average width of
110 feet and Parcel 1 does meet the lot size and width
requirements of the district, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-2 which requires a minimum
WHEREAS, The parcels are proposed to have access from Woods
Road.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommends approval of the Certified Survey Map creating a two
(2) lot land division of the property located in the SW 1/4 of
discrepancies and conditions as identified by the City Engineer,
Section 17 subject to the resolution of all technical
City Staff and the Plan Commission. 0
