AMEND
LAKEVIEW HIGHLANDS SUBDIVISION LOCATED AT
APPROVAL OF SIGNAGE FOR
THE CORNER OF TANS DRIVE AND ADRIAN DRIVE
WHEREAS, The New Berlin Grading, Inc. is requesting approval of
Tans Drive Adrian Drive, and
a neighborhood sign for Lakeview Highlands Subdivision located at
equals 24 square feet of signage and stands eight feet tall when
including the berm height, and
WHEREAS, The proposed sign is a 4x6 landscaped entry sign that
WHEREAS, The sign is located in Outlot 1 just off the
right-of-way of the southwest corner of the intersection of Tans
Drive and Adrian Drive, and
Suburban Residence, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-1, 30,000 square foot
WHEREAS, That Section 6.09 (11) permits Residential
Neighborhood Signs no more than twelve (12) square feet or allows
are designed as an integral part of a landscape architectural
Plan Commission to increase the square footage of such signs that
feature.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve a
12 square foot sign which is to be located off the right-of-way at
the southwest corner of Tans Drive and Adrian Drive in Outlot 1,
no taller than seven feet (including berm height), and all other
aspects in conformance with Section 17:6.03(3)C. & 6.09 of the
City's Municipal Code.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, A sign permit is required to be
obtained from the Building Inspection Department prior to erecting
the signage.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That all landscaping must be kept in
perpetuity.
