PCR1995123AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 123-95 JOHNNY'S PETROLEUM LOCATED AT APPROVAL OF SIGNAGE FOR S71 W17871 JANESVILLE ROAD WHEREAS, Johnny's Petroleum is requesting sign approval for canopies, and primary building at 571 W17871 Janesville Road, and sign conversion to CITGO logo for the existing freestanding sign, feet WHEREAS, Total signage on the lot is being reduced by 28 square including a 3.5X12 Goodyear sign, a 4x6 Hi-Quality sign, and 5x6 fuel pricing sign, and WHEREAS, The existing pole sign consists of 96 square feet, 121 square feet, including a 7x7 CITGO logo sign, 6x6 fuel pricing WHEREAS, The pole sign will consist of four (4) signs totaling sign, 4x6 credit sign, and 2x6 diesel pricing sign, and pole signage is restricted to 30 square feet for the first 50 feet of street frontage plus an additional one square foot for each additional 10 feet of frontage, and WHEREAS, The property is zoned 8-3 General Business District area, and WHEREAS, Wall signage is restricted to 5% of the total wall permitting 48.6 square feet of signage and a total of 2178 square WHEREAS, There exists a total of 236 feet of road frontage feet of wall area permitting 108.9 square feet of signage.
