RESOLUTION P.C. 121-95
APPROVAL OF CONCEPTUAL BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION
PLAN BY TAP RECYCLING TO BE LOCATED IN THE
MUSKEGO INDUSTRIAL PARK ON SATURN DRIVE
WHEREAS, The conceptual site plan shows the layout of the
building and the traffic pattern to access the site, and
but does not permit junk or salvage yards, and
WHEREAS, The 1-1 zoning District permits processing plants
recycling facility with indoor and outdoor processing and
storage.
WHEREAS, The proposal is for a ferrous and non-ferrous
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the conceptual Building, Site and Operation Plan dated
(received) July 21, 1995, and be kept on file in the Building
Department.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission finds the
proposal to be consistent with permitted uses in the 1-1
Industrial District by considering this a proposal to represent
a processing plant.
