OF THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
SE 1/4 SECTION 10

a land division creating two (2) lots located in the SE 1/4 of
Section 10, and
WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on July 21, 1995, proposing
feet minimum width and 20,000 square feet and all the lots do
appear to meet these restrictions, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-2 which requires a 110
WHEREAS, The proposed parcels are intended to be serviced by
municipal sewer.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
of a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a two (2) lot
land division of the property located in the SE 1/4 of Section
10.
