APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING SITE AND OPERATIONAL PLAN

building located at S63 W13951 College Avenue, and
WHEREAS, M.W. Marine has submitted plans for a proposed

approves the proposed building as presented in the plans
submitted and dated July 14, 1995, subject to perpetual
compliance to the same.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the building shall maintain a
100 foot side yard offset from the west property line to
accommodate the future extension of Sunny Slope Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That in the event that occupancy is
requested prior to the installation and/or restoration of
twice the value of said landscaping shall be posted with the
landscaping, a bond, letter of credit or cashiers check equal to
Planning Department prior to said occupancy.
