PCR1995117, I 0 APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING SITE AND OPERATIONAL PLAN RESOLUTION #P.C. 117-95 BY M.W. MARINE FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED S63 W13951 COLLEGE AVENUE building located at S63 W13951 College Avenue, and WHEREAS, M.W. Marine has submitted plans for a proposed WHEREAS, Said building will be over 350 feet south of College Avenue, and chain link fence having a single point of entry, and WHEREAS, Currently the property is surrounded with a 6' conflict with the Year 2010 Arterial Street and Highway System WHEREAS, The proposed placement of the building is in Plan which anticipates the extension of Sunny Slope Dr. along the west line of subject property. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission hereby approves the proposed building as presented in the plans submitted and dated July 14, 1995, subject to perpetual compliance to the same. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the building shall maintain a 100 foot side yard offset from the west property line to accommodate the future extension of Sunny Slope Drive. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That in the event that occupancy is requested prior to the installation and/or restoration of twice the value of said landscaping shall be posted with the landscaping, a bond, letter of credit or cashiers check equal to Planning Department prior to said occupancy. be obtained from the building department prior to the commencement of construction.
