APPROVAL OF SIGNAGE BY SO-LITE NEON SIGN CO. FOR
RESOLUTION #P.C. 116-95
MITCHELL SAVINGS BANK LOCATED AT
W189 S7847 RACINE AVENUE
WHEREAS, The So-Lite Neon Sign Co. is requesting approval of a
wall sign for Mitchell Savings Bank located at W189 S7847 Racine
Avenue, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-3/0PD and applying the B-3
General Business District signage square footage on the east
elevation of them building is permitted to total 328 square feet,
and 199.2 square feet on the south elevation, and
WHEREAS, There exists a total of 86 square feet yet available
for for signage on the east elevation, and 66.7 square feet
available on the south elevation.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
Option B signage which is to be located at W189 57847 Racine
Avenue, all in conformance with Section 17:6.03(3)C. & 6.09 of the
City's Municipal Code.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That said Mitchell Bank signage shall
not exceed 86 square feet in size on the east elevation, and 66.7
square feet in size on the south elevation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the $10 Plan Commission
application fee be paid and that a sign permit is required to be
obtained from the Building Inspection Department prior to erecting
the signage.
