APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP CREATING TWO PARCELS
OF THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN
THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 30
(PARKER DRIVE)
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on July 7,
1995, to create a two (2) lot land division located in the SE
1/4 of Section 30, and
WHEREAS, A sketch was approved by the Plan Commission on May
2, 1995, that substantially conforms to the Certified Survey Map
submitted on July I, 1995, and
permits the creation of parcels for pre-existing residences
provided the parcels conform the the R-3 Country Home District,
and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned Exclusive Agriculture which
sq.ft. and 150' average width and both lots appear to meet these
WHEREAS, The R-3 District requires lots totaling 40,000
restrictions, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommends approval of the Certified Survey Map creating a two
(2) lot land division of the property located in the SE 1/4 of
Section 30 subject to the resolution of all technical
discrepancies and conditions as identified by the City Engineer,
City Staff and the Plan Commission.
