IF A 12' X 20 111-95 ' SECOND GARAGE FOR THE DUEWEL PROPERTY LOCATED AT W151 S6587 GLENBROOK DRIVE submitted on July 7, 1995, by Earl Duewel to construct a 12' X 20' second garage structure at the residence located at W151 ,56587 Glenbrook Drive, and WHEREAS, A site plan and construction information was WHEREAS, The location of the second garage will meet the appearance would be compatible with the applicant's residence and setbacks of the Residential zoning district and the architectural surrounding area, and and the Plan Commission has authority to approve the type and size of second garage structures, and WHEREAS, The second garage is intended to be used for storage WHEREAS, Materials submitted do not propose the use neither of this nor any other structure on the property for business related activities, and WHEREAS, The existing and proposed garage represents 20.01% of the area of the primary residence. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves Of the second garage, not to exceed 240 square feet, for Duewel Property. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That subject garage shall neither be used for the operation of a business nor the storage of business related materials and equipment and a building permit is required prior to construction of subject garage. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a fire Wall Variance may be required from the Board of Appeals. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a height variance will be required from the Board of Appeals if subject garage exceeds a height of fifteen (15) feet. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to Comply with the terms of this resolution and the approved site plans shall result in the issuance of fines of $100 per day per violation, the initiation of legal action, or both.
