PCR1995110APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING SITE AND OPERATIONAL PLAN RESOLUTION #P.C. 110-95 BY EMERALD PARK INC. FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT W124 S10629 124TH STREET WHEREAS, Emerald Park Inc. has submitted plans for a proposed office and scale office for their property located at W124 S10629 124th Street, and WHEREAS, Said building will be over 700 feet west of STH 45 will a landscaped lO"12' berm running north to south providing screening from highway (berm on north side of entrance is already in existence as approved in 1994), and WHEREAS, Currently the property is surrounded with a 6' chain link fence having a single point of entry, and WHEREAS, The current landfill hours are not changing. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission hereby approves the proposed office building and parking facilities as presented in the plans submitted and dated June 13,1995 subject to perpetual compliance to the same. 0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the hours of operation of the office building match those of the landfill operation. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is not given to permit the operation of a truck terminal and/or truck parking/storage facility. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That in the event that occupancy is requested prior to the installation and/or restoration of landscaping, a bond, letter of credit or cashiers check equal to twice the value of said landscaping shall be posted with the Planning Department prior to said occupancy. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That all appropriate permits shall be obtained from the building department prior to the commencement of construction or demolition. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the conditions of approval as cited within this resolution shall result in fines of $100 per day per violation, the initiation of legal action, or both.
