PCR1995108APPROVAL OF A 36' X 36' SECOND GARAGE FOR THE HAUPT PROPERTY LOCATED AT W193 S6885 HILLENDALE DRIVE RESOLUTION #P.C.108-95 submitted on June 28, 1995, by Steve Haupt to construct a 36' X 36' second garage structure (pole barn) at the residence located at W193 S6885 Hillendale Drive, and WHEREAS, A site plan and construction information was will be razed, and WHEREAS, The existing garage structure totaling 412 square feet meet the setbacks of the R-2 zoning district, and WHEREAS, The location of the second garage (pole barn) will and the Plan Commission has authority to approve the type and size of second garage structures, and WHEREAS, The second garage is intended to be used for storage WHEREAS, Materials submitted do not propose the use neither of this nor any other structure on the property for business related activities, and of the area of the residence. WHEREAS, The existing and proposed pole barn represents 114.8% the pole barn, not to exceed 383.66 square feet, for Haupt Property. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That subject pole barn shall neither be used for the operation of a business nor the storage of business related materials and equipment and a building permit is required prior to construction of subject pole barn. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a fire wall variance may be required from the Board of Appeals. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a height variance Will be required from the Board of Appeals if subject pole barn exceeds a height of fifteen (15) feet. of this resolution and the approved site plans shall result in the issuance of fines of $100 per day per violation, the initiation of legal action, or both.
