WHEREAS, A site plan and construction information was
20' X 22' second garage structure at the residence located at 570
W13099 Flintlock Trail, and

required from the Board of Appeals.
BE IT FURTHER RESOVLED, That a height variance will be
required from the Board of Appeals if subject garage exceeds a
height of fifteen (15) feet.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the terms
of this resolution and the approved site plans shall result in the
issuance of fines of $100 per day per violation, the initiation of
legal action, or both.
