OF THE SPITZNER PROPERTY LOCATED
IN THE SW 1/4 SECTION 17
(WOODS ROAD)
WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on June 22, 1995,
proposing a land division creating three (3) lots located in
the SW 1/4 of Section 17, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-2 and Agriculture and
RS-2 requires a 110 feet minimum width and 20,000 square feet,
and Agriculture which requires 300' average width and 120,000
square feet and all the lots do not appear to meet one or all
of these restrictions, and
of a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a three (3)
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
lot land division of the Spitzner property located in the SW
1/4 of Section 17 subject to all parcels complying with the
minimum average width and square footage requirements of the
RS-2 and Agriculture zoning district.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a note be placed on the face
of the Certified Survey Map stating that Parcel 1 can not be
further subdivided in the future.
