ZONING DISTRICT
OF SECTION 18, 583 W20411 JANESVILLE ROAD,
WHEREAS, A petition has been filed to amend the Official
SE 1/4 of Section 18 (583 W20411 Janesville Road) from
Zoning Map of the City of Muskego for property located in the
RS-2/0HS Suburban Residence/Overlay Hiqhway Service to
B-2/0HS Local Service Center/Overlay Hiqhway Service to allow
truck parking at said site, and
WHEREAS, The parcel is on the south side of Janesville Road
and is surrounded by medium to low density residential
development, and
WHEREAS, With the current RS-2/0HS zoning designation, all
permitted uses by right or conditional use grant in the B-2
district are permitted only by conditional use grant, and
uses by right in the B-2 zoning district permissible without
the need for a conditional use grant, and
WHEREAS, Approval of this request will make all permitted

recommends that the zoning be changed for the proposed Parcel
from RS-2/0HS Suburban Residence/Overlay Highway Service to
B-2/0HS Highway Service/Overlay Local Service Center to allow
truck parking and that upon approval of the rezoning by the
Common Council, the Official Zoning Map be amended.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That truck parking is not a
permitted use on this property until successful completion of
the processing of a conditional use grant request for same.
