APPROVAL OF THE NORTHERN ALIGNMENT OF STH 36 PLAN
AND SAID STH 36 ACCESS PLAN
WHEREAS, The State Department of Transportation is in the
process of widening and realigning STH 36, and
WHEREAS, In compliance with this, and in the interest of
public safety and the future orderly development of the STH 36
corridor, the City of Muskego has proposed an access plan to be
adopted by the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, This plan will be adopted amending the Arterial
Street & Highway System Plan for the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, Said plan has been reviewed by the State
Department of Transportation.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
of the City of Muskego northern alignment of STH 36 Plan and
the STH 36 Access Plan.
