PCR19951000 APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP ALLOWING THE RESOLUTION #P.C. 100-95 PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 26 REDIVISION OF EXISTING LOT LINES OF THE KOPAC/HAFFNER allowing for the redivision of existing lot lines of the property located in the SW 1/4 of Section 26, Thode Drive, and WHEREAS, This proposal is not creating any additional WHEREAS, On June 15, 1995, Mr. Haffner submitted a sketch lots, and WHEREAS, It it appears as though this redivision will not create any non-conformities to either parcel. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve this Certified Survey map that is a redivision of existing lot lines of the Kopac/Haffner Property and adjoining property located in the SW 1/4 of Section 26 subject to resolution of all technical discrepancies as identified by the City Engineers, City Staff and the Plan Commission.
