APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN
FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED ON ENTERPRISE DRIVE
(TAX KEY #2223.994.013)
RESOLUTION P.C. 97-95
WHEREAS, The site plan shows the layout of the building and
the traffic pattern to access the site, and
WHEREAS, The City of Muskego requires that all developments
provide an adequately screened area for a dumpster and recycling
bin for each building and this development does
have those facilities, and
WHEREAS, The lighting plan depicts cut-off wall mounted
fixtures and no free standing light fixtures, and
locations and number consistent with current standards
established by the Plan Commission.
WHEREAS, The landscaping plan shows plant types, sizes,
the Building, Site, and Operation plan dated (received) June
15, 1995, and said plans be kept on file.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a signage plan is required to
be submitted for review and approval prior to installation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a landscaping bond, letter of
credit or cashiers check equal to twice the value of all
building is requested prior to the completion of said
landscaping and paving shall be submitted if occupancy of the
landscaping and paving.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That all aspects of this site
parking and drive areas, landscaped areas, signage and detention
building and operation plan as they relate to the building,
areas shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise
authorized by the Plan Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the
conditions of this approval shall result in the imposition of
fines of $100 per day per violation, the initiation of legal
action, or both.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval allows for the
additional seven parking spaces on the northeast corner of the
site with two (2) of the parking spaces being within the 50'
setback and marked as visitor parking.
