FOR PROPOSED ADDITION AT Sll W18426 JANESVILLE ROAD
WHEREAS, A representative of Bethel Ev. Lutheran Church has
submitted plans for an addition to their facilities located at
SI1 W18426 Janesville Road, and
offices and lobby/narthex area totaling approximately 2145
sq.ft., and
WHEREAS, Said project involves the addition of classrooms,
WHEREAS, Said addition will match or compliment existing
building materials and existing parking exceeds code
specifications for required parking spaces when considering the
new addition.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission hereby
approves the proposed addition as presented in the plans
submitted and dated 06/08/95.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, In the event that occupancy Of the
addition is requested prior to the installation and/or
restoration of landscaping, a bond, letter of credit or cashiers
check equal to twice the value of said landscaping shall be
posted with the Planning Department prior to said occupancy. 0
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That all appropriate permits shall
be obtained from the building department prior to the
commencement of construction or demolition.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the entire site including the
building and all landscaping is to be maintained in perpetuity.
