APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING SITE AND OPERATIONAL
LOCATED AT W145 S6486 TESS CORNERS DRIVE
PLAN FOR THE HUMMER BROTHERS LANDSCAPING
WHEREAS, Plans were submitted on June 9, 1995, indicating
an amended Building, Site and Operation Plan for an addition to
their existing facilities, and
WHEREAS, Said addition involves construction of a lean-to
and
(16' x 75') to the southern elevation of the existing building,
WHEREAS, The property is zoned 1-1 Zoning District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission hereby
approves the proposed addition for the property located at W145
S6486 Tess Corners Drive as presented in the plans submitted
and dated 06-09-95.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the site plan dated "Received
06/09/95" and as revised shall be kept on file in the Building
Department and perpetual compliance to same shall be required
plan as submitted and amended shall result in fines of $100.00
per day per violation, the initiation of legal action, or both.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with site

cashier's check equal to twice the value of any required
landscaping shall be provided if occupancy of the addition is
requested prior to landscaping installation.
