APPROVAL OF A 10' x 20' SECOND GARAGE
RESOLUTION #P.C. 93-95
FOR THE TREBA PROPERTY LOCATED
AT W188 510411 KELSEY DRIVE
WHEREAS, A site plan and construction information was submitted
on June 9, 1995, by Erik Treba to construct a 12' X 20' second
Kelsey Drive, and
garage structure (shed) at the residence located at W188 S10411
WHEREAS, The location of the second garage (shed) will meet the
setbacks of the R-1 zoning district and the architectural
appearance would be compatible with the applicant's residence and
surrounding area, and
WHEREAS, The second garage is intended to be used for storage
and the Plan Commission has authority to approve the type and size
of second garage structures, and
this nor any other structure on the property for business related
activities, and
WHEREAS, Materials submitted do not propose the use neither of
WHEREAS, The existing and proposed sheds represents 0.2% of the
area of the parcel.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of
the shed, not to exceed 240 square feet, for Treba Property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That subject shed shall neither be used
materials and equipment and a building permit is required prior to
for the operation of a business nor the storage of business related
construction of subject shed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a fire wall variance may be
required from the Board of Appeals.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the terms
of this resolution and the approved site plans shall result in the
issuance of fines of $100 per day per violation, the initiation of
legal action, or both.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the existing leanto needs to be
left in the original location as approved and indicated in the
previously approved Resolution #P.C. 108-92.
