APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP CREATING TWO LOTS
OF THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN
THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 15
(WOODS ROAD)
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on June 7,
1995, to create a two (2) lot land division located in the NW
1/4 of Section 15, and
2, 1995 that substantially conforms to the Certified Survey Map
submitted on June 7, 1995, and
WHEREAS, A sketch was approved by the Plan Commission on May
WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-3 and RS-3 requires 15,000
sq.ft. and 100' average width and both lots appear to meet these
restrictions, and
serve to limit the future development potential of subject and
WHEREAS, The division as proposed by the petitioner may

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommends approval of the Certified Survey Map creating a two
Section 17 subject to the resolution of all technical

City Staff and the Plan Commission.
