APPROVAL OF A SKETCH FOR A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
OF THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
NE 1/4 SECTION 17 (RACINE AVENUE)
a land division creating two (2) lots located in the NE 1/4 of
Section 17, and
WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on June 6, 1995, proposing
WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-Z/OOS Suburban
width and 20,000 square feet, and all lots appear to meet these
Residence/Overlay Office and Special Services 110 feet minimum
restrictions, and
WHEREAS, A 24 foot access easement is illustrated on the
sketch which will serve to provide highway access for Outlot 1.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
of a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a two (2) lot
land division of the property located in the NE 1/4 of Section
17.
