APPROVAL OF EXTRATERRITORIAL CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP OF
THE KOUNELIS PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
NE 1/4 SECTION 12, TOWN OF NORWAY
division was submitted for the property located in the NE 114
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map for a two parcel land
of Section 12, Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction
of the extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego and
approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City's
subdivision regulations, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must approve land divisions
within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the extraterritorial Certified Survey Map for two parcel land
division of the Kounelis Property located in the NE 1/4 of
Section 12, in the Town of Norway.
