LEHRMANN-MOESCH CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR THE PROPERTY
APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN BY
LOCATED ON ENTERPRISE DRIVE
WHEREAS, The site plan shows the layout of the building and
the traffic pattern to access the site, and
WHEREAS, The City of Muskego requires that all developments
provide an adequately screened area for a dumpster and
propose those facilities, and

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Building, Site, and Operation plan dated (received) May 26,
1995 subject to the submittal of lighting and signage plans to
be reviewed by the Plan Commission, the screening of all
dumpster areas, the addition of landscaping plantings, and all
employee parking shall being confined to the rear of the
building per the regulations of the industrial park.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Building, Site and
Operation Plan dated received May 26, 1995, be kept on file in
the Building Department.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, A landscape and paving bond in the
amount of twice the value of the landscaping and paving shall be
required if occupancy is requested prior to the landscaping
being completed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That all aspects of this site
building and operation plan as they relate to the building,
parking and drive areas, landscaped areas, signage and detention
areas shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise
authorized by the Plan Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the
conditions of this approval shall result in the imposition of
action, or both.
